Robert J. Adinolfi

Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. Robert J. Adinolfi, Esquire graduated Cum Laude with a B.S in Accounting from St. Joseph's University in 1974 and was awarded his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 1977. For the past thirty-nine years, first as a sole practitioner, then as a founding Partner and Shareholder of Adinolfi and Spevak, P.A for 20 years, and most recently as a founding Partner and Shareholder of Adinolfi, Lieberman, Burick, Roberto & Molotsky, P.A. He has devoted his practice to family law and its related practice areas including, marital dissolutions, appeals, alimony, civil unions, child custody, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, post-divorce cases, equitable distribution, and tax issues. Robert has successfully completed the requirements for Certification in Matrimonial Law as set forth by the Supreme Court of New Jersey's Board on Attorney Certification. The goal of the state’s certification program is to help the public find attorneys who have demonstrated proficiency in specialized fields of law.

Thomas Roberto

Thomas A. Roberto is a partner and shareholder with the firm, focusing his practice exclusively in the area of family law. Tom represents clients in all aspects of family law matters, involving issues of parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Tom handles all stages of family law litigation, including trials, appeals and emergent applications, as well as pre and post judgment applications. Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Tom is a member of the Family Law Section Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He previously served as the Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers’ Subcommittee of the Family Law Section. Tom is also a managing editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, a publication of the Family Law Section. He has lectured on numerous family law topics for NJICLE and other professional organizations throughout New Jersey. Tom received his B.A. from The College of New Jersey and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law with honors. He served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Cook, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. Tom resides with his wife and two children in South Jersey.

Julie Burick

Julie R. Burick is a partner and shareholder with the firm. Julie has the distinction of being one of a small number of attorneys in New Jersey who has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney which means she has been recognized as an expert in divorce and family law matters. Julie went through rigorous application and testing standards to be approved for Certification, which was granted on December 7, 2021. Julie is passionate about her work, believing it is her calling to use her voice and skills to help those in a time of tremendous distress. Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1999, Julie has practiced all aspects of divorce and family law throughout her career, having found her calling before even graduating from law school. Julie began as a law clerk for Camden Regional Legal Service, Inc. in the Gloucester County/Woodbury office while a 1L in law school working on a wide variety of matters including various family law issues. Upon obtaining her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law- Camden in 1999, she went on to clerk for New Jersey Superior Court Judge John Tomasello, (retired) then sitting in Vicinage XV, Gloucester County Family Court. After concluding her clerkship, Julie worked as a first-year associate at Gerstein Grayson in their family law department before returning to Legal Services as a staff attorney from 2002 to 2011 when she joined private practice to head the family law department at Helmer, Paul, Conley & Kasselman. Julie joined us shortly thereafter.

Ryan Foran

Following earning his law degree from Rutgers-Camden School of Law, Mr. Foran has dedicated his entire career to the practice of Family Law. Mr. Foran had the unique opportunity to work for nearly two years as the Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael V. Cresitello and the Honorable Lawrence P. DeBello of Mercer County, where he gained invaluable experience in all aspects of family law ranging from domestic violence to divorce and custody. After clerking Mr. Foran joined the law firm of Smedley and Lis where he handled motions and trials and was further able to develop his skills as a family law attorney. Mr. Foran was born and raised in South Jersey where he continues to reside. He received his B.S. from Saint Joseph’s University in 2008 and remains active in the community. He is the co-chair for the Gloucester County Bar Association Family Law Committee and is a trustee for the Young Lawyers Division.

It is not only about the legal issues, but it is helping my clients manage getting through some of the most difficult times of their lives. Born and raised in New Jersey, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in philosophy from The College of New Jersey, my Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School and I’m licensed to practice law throughout New Jersey. After graduating law school, I acted as a law clerk for the Honorable Steven F. Nemeth, J.S.C. of the Ocean County Superior Court of New Jersey. I later joined the family law firm Horn Law Group as an associate attorney, where I later became a partner before founding my private practice. I’m also a dedicated and tireless advocate for the wellbeing of children. While attending law school, I worked at the Child Advocacy Clinic where I acted as a Law Guardian to children in the foster care system, represented children with disabilities, and represented children who sought asylum from the countries they were forced to flee.

Winnie Chen

If I could describe myself in only three words, it would be motivated, compassionate, and client centered. Reaching out to a family law attorney is an important but can be a nerve-wracking first step. Thus, my practice is focused on compassion and empathy. I will make sure your voice is heard at every step of the process. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice from The George Washington University. From there, I went on to attend Temple University’s Beasley School of Law where I earned my Juris Doctorate. I am licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.After graduating from law school, I acted as a law clerk for the Honorable Viktoria Kristiansson in Philadelphia’s Family Court. Upon completion of my clerkship, I briefly worked for a boutique family law firm in South Jersey as an associate attorney until I joined ARBM. While attending law school, I jumped at every opportunity to broaden my substantive knowledge of family law and hone my skills in legal research and writing. I completed a semester long practicum with Women Against Abuse, a non-profit that works with domestic violence survivors. I worked at the Temple Legal Aid Office where I acted as a Student Attorney and represented clients in child custody, domestic violence, and child support hearings. I also completed a summer internship with Philadelphia Legal Assistance’s Family Law Unit where I conducted over forty intakes and represented several clients in various family law proceedings. During my free time, you can find me exploring new cafes, getting lost in museums, and traveling to new cities.

Andrew Lombard

After graduating from The College of William & Mary in 2019, majoring in History, Andrew Lombard obtained his J.D. from Rutgers Law School - Camden, graduating in 2024. Following graduation, he served for a year as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Nancy L. Ridgway, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, in Atlantic County, where he gained experience in multiple areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, and child support. Mr. Lombard was born and raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Philadelphia. He was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2025.
